Temple
One of the best mid major teams in the country last year, Temple finished an impressive 29-6 and 14-2 in the Atlantic 10, tied for first place. The Owls return three starters, including big man Lavoy Allen, who averaged a double double last season with 12 points and 11 rebounds per game.
Temple also brings back point guard Juan Fernandez, who ESPN called the best shooter in the conference. The Owls have some potential break out talent on this roster, but their Achilles heel will be that they do not have proven depth.
Right now, Temple is the best team in the Atlantic 10, partially because it is a good mid major, and partly because Xavier is slated to have a down year. Temple should reach the NCAA Tournament and will likely be one and done.
