Arkansas State -6.5 at Western Kentucky

The Hilltoppers, just a few years removed from I-AA football, have yet to win a game this season and it looks grim this weekend when 3-8 Arkansas State comes in as a touchdown favorite.
On the bright side, the visiting Red Wolves are an abysmal 2-8 against the spread, while Western Kentucky is a more respectable 5-6. Both teams hit more UNDERS than OVERS, combining for a 12-8-1 record this season. Take Western Kentucky and parlay it with the UNDER for a nice pay day. Too bad the Hilltoppers still won’t win a game this season, though.
