NFL football betting Line and Odds: Bills -2 1/2, Total 36.5
One of these teams is in deep trouble, the other one might be able to right the ship. I think you can figure out which is which. The Bills are 1-2 but have played well every week, and lost to 2 good teams. The Dolphins had a rough schedule (at Atlanta, Indy, at San Diego) to start the year. We said last week that the loser of the Charger-Dolphin game is in big trouble, well Miami lost and they are.
The Bills however might be the perfect medicine, for what ails them. It’s a division rivalry, which is always close. The line opened at Miami-1.5 and quickly jumped to Buffalo-2.5. Buffalo is a better team than Miami, but are the Dolphins ready to pack it up and wait for next year, or will they play hard and win this game. The loss of Chad Pennington may help the team more than hurt them, as Chad Henne, Pat White, and even Ronnie Brown, will be effective.
This is a very difficult point in the season to pick winners because some teams are going to quit and wait till next year and others are going to fight back. We feel both of these teams are going to play hard, at least for a few more weeks, but picking a winner here is tough, therefore we are taking the under again, 36.5 as the Miami defense and running game will make this a low scoring game.
