The Broncos have been making us money every week, and San Diego has been hot and cold. The Chargers have had 2 weeks to think about their pathetic defensive performance vs. Pittsburgh. In the 4th quarter they showed that when they are in trouble they can score very quickly.
Denver has been winning with defense, and timely offense, exactly the way Kyle Orton used to play when he was with Chicago. It is time however for Cinderella to turn into a pumpkin. San Diego needs this game and will play well. Denver is playing with house money. We do feel however that the Broncos will show up and play hard.
This is a tough one to call.San Diego might dominate this game, but if they put up field goals instead of touchdowns, Denver will be in it to the end. We don’t often recommend a 6 point teaser, but by teasing it either way, Denver+10 or San Diego +2 you should cover half of your teaser bet.
