NFL football betting Line and Odds: Redskins -7, Total 37
The Buccaneers and the Redskins, both played horrendous last week. Washington let Detroit win for the first time since 2007, and Tampa Bay couldn’t move the ball at all vs. the Giants. The Bucs are trying to make changes however, by benching Byron Leftwich, in favor of Josh Johnson. Who? Don’t the Bucs have 7 or 8 other bad quarterbacks to choose from.
Washington is staying with Jason Campbell however, which is a mistake. He doesn’t process information quickly enough and is very indecisive with the ball. It is very unfortunate that Colt Brennan got hurt in the preseason. I guess the they feel that Todd Collins is a career backup so they are going to stick with Campbell, and then cut him next year, and give Brennan a shot. The point is both of these teams are a mess, and can’t move the ball.
