The Kevin Kolb era in Arizona started off with a 24-18 road win as 3.5-point underdogs over the Oakland Raiders last week.  The former Philadelphia Eagles’ signal-caller completed 4 of 7 passes for 68 yards in his debut.

The Cardinals can only go up offensively after a dreadful 2010 campaign, finishing 31st and last respectively in passing and rushing offense.  A focus in camp moving forward is finding a left tackle to protect Kolb, as Levi Brown was beaten badly against the Raiders.

Green Bay dropped its preseason opener in Cleveland, 27-17, a day after visiting President Barack Obama at the White House to celebrate the team’s Super Bowl win a year ago.

The Packers first-team offense was on the field for two possessions, as quarterback Aaron Rodgers finished 6-of-8 for 74 yards and a score.

Bettors will be interested in knowing that the Packers hold a 15-6 all-time advantage in the preseason series against the Cardinals.
