Super Bowl 2010 Betting Preview

We had another great year with our sports picks that followed a predicable pattern. We were smoking hot in September, then as teams gave up and the favorites started to cover we cooled down in October, followed by a good November, then made lots of money on the college bowls and also on the playoffs, including going 2-0 last week with the Vikings and the Colts.
The best 2 teams made the Super Bowl. Two months ago this was the match up that everyone wanted, then people started to talk about San Diego, Dallas, Baltimore or whatever team played one good game. The same people that said that the Colts wouldn’t recover from resting Peyton Manning are the same ones that are saying the Colts can’t lose this week. Also the same people that said the Saints couldn’t lose against the Vikes last week, are now saying, the Saints can’t win.
I love this because it just makes me more money as a BookMaker. People always take the favorite and the over, and as a bookie I’m usually rooting for the underdog and the under. This is the case here, all of the “stupid” bettors are jumping on the Colts, and have driven the line up from 3 to 5.5. By game time it could be at least 7.
The Saints are the real deal, and are well coached. Sean Peyton will use every trick in the book to confuse the Colts pass rush. The Colts will play well as well, but we still see this game going under with New Orleans having a small lead and Manning with ball at the end, trying to score. If you want to know whether or not he scores, watch the game. But in any case the safe and correct play is taking the Saints and the points. Final score Saints 27 Colts 24.
