This will be a very good game. Dallas had a week off to try to correct what was wrong with this team. This year teams that have been coming off byes have been playing extremely well. The Falcons are a better team them the Cowboys, period. Atlanta will compete with New Orleans for the NFC South division title. Dallas will not compete with the Giants for the NFC East crown. This is another case of us taking the generous 4-point spot here.
When the line is more than a field goal the next big number is 7, so there is very little difference between laying 3.5 to 6.5. At more than 3 points we are taking the Falcons, because Dallas would have to play very well to win this game by more than 3 points. That is not likely to happen. Atlanta +4 is the pick here.
