Jacksonville made a surprising move by letting quarterback David Garrard go leading up to the season open also surprised many by picking up a 16-14 win over the Tennessee Titans as one-point home underdogs.

The Jets ran for just 45 yards last week, the worst performance for the team since gaining 41 against the San Diego Chargers during the 2008 season.
