Kansas State heads back on the road for the second time this season when it travels to Lubbock, looking to improve upon its 5-0 start to the season.  The Wildcats are fresh off a 24-17 win over Missouri as three-point home underdogs.

Defensively, the team held Missouri’s high-powered offense to just 112 rushing yards, while also limiting the Tigers to their lowest offensive output of the season.

John Hubert and Collin Klein continue to lead the offense, as Klein ranks fourth among college football quarterbacks in rushing for 93.6 yards per game, while Hubert checks in at 93.8.

Bettors will find that the Wildcats are 13-5 ATS versus conference opponents and the ‘over’ is 10-8 in those contests.

Texas Tech will look to rebound from its first loss of the season, dropping a 45-40 decision to the Texas A&M Aggies as 8.5-point home underdogs.  The Red Raiders actually won the game statistically by a 130-yard margin.

Saturday’s game marks the 12th all-time meeting between the two teams, with the Red Raiders holding an 8-3 advantage, including a four-game winning streak.

For people that haven’t watched the program closely this year, the Red Raiders have amassed 850 rushing yards this season, averaging 170 a contest.  The team currently ranks seventh in the league, after being at the bottom due to a high-octane passing attack in recent years.

Quarterback Seth Doege is still dangerous, passing for 1,706 yards and 17 touchdowns, throwing just a single interception during the first five games, which is the fewest by a program signal-caller in 11 years.

Sportsbooks bettors will find that the Red Raiders are 51-30 ATS in October contests, while the team is 2-0 ATS versus conference foes this year.
