Tampa Bay has proved that they are no longer a laughing stock while Carolina still is. However, it is hard to justify the Buccaneers being a touchdown favorite over anybody. It is very hard however to put any money on Caroilna.
Both of these teams struggle on offense at times, however, Carolina struggles all the time. Both of these teams play good defense. This is going to a hard hitting low scoring game, with Tampa coming out on top.
