We really thought that Denver was going to put up more of a fight last week, and they sure looked like it by going down the field on the opening drive. The Rams also played well early but then faded late. The Rams are having growing pains and will be good in a year or 2.
Denver is ready to fire the coach and start over. You have to give Kyle Orton credit, they brought in 2 big name quarterbacks to replace him, but he’s playing great, and except for Moreno is the only Bronco guaranteed to have a job. St. Louis knows who their quarterback of the future is, as Bradford has played even better than people thought.
In one year this will be a mismatch, this Sunday it’s a tossup.
