No other person has cost us more money over the years than Brett Favre (except possibly Peyton Manning).He did it to us again on Monday Night. Every good boxer has one more good fight left in him, and Favre played incredible, in beating (and covering) vs. Green Bay. We were right that Aaron Rogers would play well, but Packer turnovers cost them the game.
What can we say about the Rams? Not much! Just like last week when I said, "I cannot believe I am saying this take Denver +3”, I am saying it again. I cannot believe I am saying this. Take the Rams +10. The next 4-6 weeks is a very difficult time to make money in the NFL because you never know which teams have quit, and say wait till next year. We feel that as bad as St. Louis is they still have some pride and will look to get new coach Steve Spagnolo his first win.
The Vikings have to have a letdown after a huge win on Monday night. This might be crazy, but the way you make money betting the NFL is doing the opposite of what everyone else is doing, and I’m sure only the professional bettors are taking the Rams here. We consider ourselves professional, and we are taking St. Louis +10 at home this week. If they care, they cover. If they do not they will not. It’s too early to quit. Bet the Rams +10.
